Wired Remote Control

The Siera D6600 is a mono cassette deck, it was introduced by Siera in 1981 and discontinued a year later.

The main features of the Siera D6600 are: 2 heads, analog 3 digit tape counter, tape type selection with support for normal tapes, belt driven single-capstan transport.

Typical of this deck is the 70's top loading layout with the cassette compartiment located on the center of the deck. Tape eject is operated mechanically and the cassette needs to be placed with the side to be played facing forward in the cassette well.

Mechanical transport controls for reliable D6600 transport function selection.

For undisturbed listening a mini-jack connector for a pair of mono headphones is supplied. All main transport commands can be issued remotely with a wired remote control.
