Pioneer CT-40

The Pioneer CT-40 is a cassette deck, it was introduced by Pioneer in 1984 and discontinued a year later.

The CT-40 is equipped with, tape type selection with support for normal tapes.

1984 Seiko Instruments U.S.A. Inc. displays the first wristwatch computer, with a 10-character, 4-line LCD.
1985 Sony and Philips produced the standard for Compact Disc Read Only Memory (CD-ROM) computer discs that would use the same laser technology as the audio CD.
