Philips N2205
Wired Remote Control

This Philips N2205 is a mono cassette deck.

The main features of the Philips N2205 are: 2 heads, tape type selection and capable of handling normal tapes, belt driven single-capstan transport.

Typical of this deck is the 70's top loading layout with the cassette compartiment located on the left side of the deck. Tape eject is operated mechanically and the cassette needs to be placed with the side to be played facing forward in the cassette well.

Level meters used on the N2205 is a single analog needle VU reading meter. Mechanical transport controls for reliable N2205 transport function selection.

All main transport commands can be issued remotely with a wired remote control.
